Specific Requirements:
a. Has experience in managing, overseeing, and supporting internal staff development, organization development, recruitment planning & implementation.
b. Has experience in designing, developing, and implementing a systematic and continuous organization and staff development training programs.
c. Supporting the office goal of enhancing the delivery of effective, efficient, and support services by assuming a leadership role in the transformation to a quality organization.
d. Managing and developing job description, job evaluation, andmanpower planning (RPTK)
General Requirements:
a. Male with minimum age of 45 years old
b. Minimum of 15 years experience organization & learning development, gained preferably in the energy sector.
c. Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University
d. Fluent and effective oral and written communication skill in English and Indonesia
e. Computer Literacy. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
e. Willing to work hard with excellent communication skills as part of a dynamic focused group
