Scope of Services:

* On-site supervision and quality control of field operations of Geophysical and Geotechnical Pipeline Route Survey:

b. Site Investigation Survey - (analogue and digital) for pipeline route, platform sites etc.

* Supervising to completion the seismic recording instrument Quality Assurance tests according to the manufacturers' specification before the commencement of the survey as well as during the survey operations.

* Approve acquired data as acceptable and complete to be processed.

Qualifications:

* Degree in Geophysics or Geology or Physics with 8 years experienced in planning & implementation of 2D/3D for land and marine seismic survey

* Experience in handling Geophysical data QC/processing system, working with various seismic acquisition systems (i.e. various types of sources, streamer / hydrophone, recording systems, etc.) and also seismic acquisition techniques / parameters (i.e. multiple source/multiple streamer configuration, multiple vessel operations, etc.).

Production Operator

Position Summary
Scope:
This position provides a challenging and rewarding leadership opportunity for candidates with a strong background in non-destructive testing. Achieving high quality inspections to contribute to the health and safety of all site workers will motivate you to succeed. This position also provides the opportunity to share your knowledge and mentor Non-Destructive Testing Technicians and Assistants.

Key Areas of Contribution:
• Supervising NDT technicians and NDT assistants while reporting to the Lead, NDT
• Communicating planning and expectation requirements to direct reports

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assign and perform inspection activities in all operating areas
• Ensure that all work is being performed in a safe, effective and timely fashion
• Evaluate quality of work
• Ensure continuous production improvement through mentoring and providing performance feedback direct reports
• Write and review inspection analysis, reports and procedures
• Promote positive employee relations within the NDT team
• Undertake other assignments as required

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, certification and experience:
• High school diploma or GED
• Post secondary technical education
• A minimum of CGSB Certification Level II Magnetic Practical Inspection, Liquid Penetrant Inspection, Ultrasonic testing and Radiographic Testing Level 1
• Background that includes 5-10 years of experience using NDT techniques, procedures and equipment in the Oil and Gas Industry
• Demonstrated ability to perform inspections and to interpret results
• Knowledge of applicable industrial codes and standards
• Strong commitment to health, safety and environment
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills are key
• Effective oral and written communication/presentation skills in the English language are required
• Strong computer skills with working knowledge of business software such as Microsoft Office Suite
