Job description :
 Implement TOTAL GROUP policies. Lead the implementation of internal control procedures including credit control, inventory control, purchasing and etc.
 Assist General Manager in preparing the 3-year budget,
 Direct preparation of reporting and finance analysis for General Manager’s review
 Setup Key Performance Indicator System for working capital and follow up action plans,
 Coordinate company’s external audit and manage internal audit system.
 Cover the property and liability risks with proper insurances and tax risks with sufficient taxation approaches
 Review contract and manage legal affairs
 Manage the SAP system application, maintenance and support the key user system.
 Propose IT solutions to facilitate communications and improve efficiencies of systems (firewall, anti virus, auto-office, internet access, email system, website and etc.)
 Supervise tenders to ensure segregation of duties
Required skills :

Education :
 University degree in finance and accounting or relevant majors

Experience :
5 years experience in accounting, treasury and budget preferably in an industrial and commercial environment and at least 3 years in management level

Skills :
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Develop information system include ERP system to meet increasing demands for efficiency and communication
