REQUIREMENTS:
- Recently graduated in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, chemical, materials, electrical and industrial)
- Less than 2 (two) years experience, after graduation
- Strong technical background and knowledge.
- Strong proactive and open-minded attitude.
- Customer oriented.
- Good communications skills and team work attitude.
- Proficient in English language.
- Willing to take frequent trips and remain abroad for long periods of time.

Senior Project Planning & Cost Control

Our Client, a Multinational oil & gas company under PSC term with BPMIGAS, is looking for experience candidates to fulfill the following position:

Senior Project Planning & Cost Control

Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and control Oil & Gas On-Shore and/or Offshore projects planning & scheduling included procedures and reports to keep the project on track.
- Coordinate with other team to ensure all factors are taken into consideration in the assessment of planning and scheduling.
- Assess impact of progress and schedule issues on Project Cost and Completion.
- Develop Budget strategy; review and control project cost including procedures and reports to keep the project cost monitored.

General Qualifications

- Having a degree in any discipline of engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in related field
- Experience working on projects across a full life cycle from FEED, cost estimation, detailed design, construction, and commissioning.
- Deep understating on POD, AFE and BPMIGAS budgeting & costing policies.
- Fully experience utilizing Primavera & Microsoft Project
- Ability to work in a team with multinational environment
- Dynamic and enthusiastic approach is essential.
- Experience working for an international design contractor and experience in Oil and Gas industry.
- Having excellent English communication skill (oral & writing)

*Planning Engineer*

The candidate has at least a BSC degree in Engineering and 5 years
experience in the establishment of project schedules, planning and status
reporting in oil and gas projects. e.g. from preliminary engineering through
detail engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, hook-up,
commissioning, drilling.

Customer Oriented and Organization*:* coordinate with various disciplines to
insure compatibility with all interface areas of the project.

Computer Skill: computerized planning packages in particular, MS Project.
Other software package such as Primavera and knowledge of other software
packages are advantages.

Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.

*Cost Control*

Bsc degree in finance or related degree with 5+ years of experience in
finance, cost control

Analyze and prepare monthly project cost report for capital project team

Maintain and handle vendor invoice and third party’s contractor PMT
timesheet to be recorded in SAP

Assist with the development and implementation of project cost control
systems and procedures capable of monitoring and reporting the cost elements
necessary to effectively assist the project management team in controlling
the project
