Vacant position (HR Coordinator) in an Oil and Gas Service Company

Weatherford, a multi-national company who are involved in the drilling and production sectors of oil, gas and geothermal projects worldwide, are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated individual to fill the position of:

HR Coordinator - HRMS
To provide accurate, efficient and effective country support in all aspects of HRMS / PeopleSoft issues (framework, data, report, modifications, iniatives, etc). In association with this is Mobility responsibility for associated documents and reports.

Qualification :
Essential :
· 2 years experience with employee data basis
· Aptitude in computers systems, database frameworks, IT, etc
· knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, systems
· Good interpersonal skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong time management skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa
· Good project management skills
· Good skills and knowledge in relevant computer software
· Able to maintain confidentiality
· Works unsupervised and to take responsibility for effectiveness of own work
· Relate to staff at all levels within the organisatio
· Respond effectively to demands of high and varied work load changing job practices
· Must be resourceful and results-oriented
· Ability to communicate with people at all levels
· Ability to work to tight deadlines
· Ability to work unsupervised
· Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment

Preferred :
· Previous in depth use of People Soft – HR specific software
· Experience / knowledge of oil and gas industry.
