WORK MODE 4/4 on/off cycle
The Production Operator/Supervisor (WILI Field Operations) is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Gas-Oil Separation Plant, Gas Utilization Plant and Water Treatment/Processing Plant, together with all associated utilities in the oilfield operations.
Shall actively promote a safe working environment, ensure all facilities under their care are operated in accordance with good plant practice, together with a well organized, clean and tidy approach in all areas of job.
Provide ongoing coaching to National Staff in the Production Area, act as a mentor for the ongoing development of National Staff and contribute significantly to the goal of increasing the capability of National operating personnel.
English Language Upper Intermediate (IELTS 5)Numeracy Sound numeracy skills
IT Competent in relevant range of Company-used software
