*Integrated Management Specialist*

*Experience and Qualifications: *
· Minimum of 10 years of supervisory quality assurance and controlexperience for major oil/gas projects (gas processing plant experience willbe a plus).
· Ability to interpret drawings, specification, and skills to representCompany in QA/QC related issues.
· Proven coaching/ mentoring./ knowledge transfer skills
*Key Activities:*
· Assist and support project teams in the development of project specificquality plans and management systems
· Develop management approval and maintain a system for auditing themanagement system to ensure compliance and to seek continuous improvement inwork processes.
· Specifically deliver the achievement of ISO 9000 certification for thegroup.
· Interface with the Business Unit’s consultant on business processes andsystems to ensure integration and compatibility.
· Interface closely with the Business Unit HSE Manager on aspects ofhealth and safety management.
· Support and take part in Business Unit and corporate audits asappropriate.
