WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING ENERGETIC, AMBITIOUS CANDIDATES FOR:

• Commercial Manager - Jakarta Head Office
• Finance, Accounting and General Affairs Manager - Jakarta Head Office
• Operations & Branch Manager - Balikpapan Branch
• Marine Superintendent/DPA Balikpapan Branch

Requirements for all positions:

Position-specific Requirements:

COMMERCIAL MANAGER
- 5+ yrs experience in Sales/BDV with strong network in Oil & Gas, Drilling or EPC sectors
- Excellent knowledge of BPMIGAS tender processes and regulations (PTK007)
- Excellent knowledge of maritime and contract law
- University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Law or Business
- Indonesian citizenship

FINANCE, ACCOUNTING AND GENERAL AFFAIRS MANAGER
- 5+ years experience leading a Finance/Accounting/Audit team
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Tax and Accounting Law
- University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business or Tax Law
- Indonesian citizenship

OPERATIONS & BRANCH MANAGER
- 5+ years experience as Marine Operations/Technical/Fleet Manager
- Proven proficiency in modern HSEQ standards for high-risk industries (Oil & Gas)
- Relevant technical or vocational education e.g. Master Mariner or Chief Engineer Class 1
- Indonesian or Foreign citizenship

MARINE SUPERINTENDENT / DPA
- Proven proficiency in modern HSEQ standards for high-risk industries (Oil & Gas)
- Relevant technical or vocational education e.g. Master Mariner or Chief Engineer Class 1
- Indonesian citizenship

Premier is a leading FTSE 250 independent exploration and production company with gas and oil interests in the Middle East, Pakistan, the North Sea and West Africa. Within Asia we have offices and operations across Indonesia, Vietnam and Singapore.

After record operating results for 2008, the recent acquisition of Oilexco North Sea Limited with extensive North Sea interests, long term gas supply contracts in place and almost US$800M of development funding approved, Premier's future outlook is very strong.

Operationally, Gajah Baru is currently in the final stages of the award process. This 7500 ton integrated platform will be bridge linked to a drilling platform, with product exported via a new 3.5 km pipeline to an existing trunk line. It will also act as the hub for developing several other fields over the next decade. In addition, ongoing developments in North Sumatra Block A will see three new gas fields coming on stream during 2011. Premier is also preparing for future development activities in the area as larger reserves have been identified. In Vietnam, construction work on a wellhead platform continues in Vung Tau, and discussions with potential FPSO providers are moving towards a final agreement.

Premier Oil now seeks experienced staff with strong upstream experience, good English skills and relevant qualifications.
